Dispatch Window
Once payment clears, your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders start processing the next business day, and a dispatch email confirms when the parcel is on its way.
Transit Estimates
Delivery normally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, varying with destination and carrier schedules. Most orders across the United States and the United Kingdom land inside that range. If holiday volume slows things down, we will tell you.
What You Pay
Shipping Charge
- $30.00 or more: free shipping;
- Below $30.00: a flat fee, displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
Taxes and Duties
None for you. Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never land on qorvana customers — we carry them all, and checkout shows the exact final amount.
Countries Served
The United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported at the moment.
Tracking
A tracking number exists as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. Email with your order number and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and status updates whenever you want them.
If a Parcel Goes Missing
Stalled in transit, or declared lost by the carrier? Write to — once verified, we reship your order free or refund every cent, so a lost parcel never becomes lost money.
Address Tips
Check your delivery address before paying. Parcels sent to a mistyped address are outside our responsibility; if one boomerangs back to us, we reship as soon as you confirm the right details.
Packages in Pieces
Multi-item orders sometimes split into several parcels arriving on different days, at no extra cost. Each has its own tracking number — ask and we will share it.
