Tips for a Fast Fix

Include these three things and most issues close in one email:

• Your order number;
• The checkout email address;
• A short description of the problem — photos work wonders for damaged or wrong items.

Tracking numbers, address fixes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are all handled by email, usually in a single reply.
